Steven Francesco - Chairman, CEO and President

Cohere Communications, LLC. is the brainchild of Mr. Francesco, and his commitment to quality communications can be seen throughout his career. Before creating Cohere, Mr. Francesco was recruited in early 2003 by China to Net (C2N) as CEO of US Operations , and was elected to their Board of Directors.

C2N had spent the past three years developing a national digital wireless project in China. C2N is in the final stage of formation of the joint venture (JV) process with the China Satellite Communications Group, which is one of the six licensed China-based telecommunications providers. This JV will subsequently become the recipient of a nationwide wireless operating license in support of existing government mandated and commercial users.

In 1999, Mr. Francesco joined Netrix Corporation as its Chairman and CEO with the goal of refocusing the Company to provide voice/data telecommunications solutions. To that end, he facilitated a strategic merger with OpenRoute and also acquired Aetherworks. The resulting company, re-named Nx Networks, offered a comprehensive suite of secure voice communications over Internet Protocol and partnered with industry leaders, such as Motorola, Siemens, and Alcatel.

Mr. Francesco provided overall strategic direction and positioned Nx Networks as an industry leader in the Internet-based voice communications market. During his tenure, the Company's value rose from $18 million to its peak of $1.32 billion.

Ezio D'Onofrio - President and Chief Operating Officer - Canadian Operations

Ezio D'Onofrio is President and COO of Cohere’s Canadian operations. Ezio joined the Cohere team in 2012 after ten years as President and CEO at Globalive. Ezio is in charge of Cohere’s Canada business development and day to day operations alongside the Cohere team.

Ezio is based out of Toronto, Canada, and has a proven track record of increasing top line and bottom line growth within an existing lean organizational culture. In addition, he brings over 22 years of international, operational, Business Development, Finance, Customer Service as well as M&A experience that will be essential to Cohere Canada’s future success.

Ezio joined Globalive in 2001 and during his tenure, Globalive was recognized as one of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Globalive Communications was ranked as the Fastest Growing Company in Canada in 2004 due to its staggering sales increase of 12,479% since 1998. After being in business for only six years, Globalive was named to Deloitte's prestigious Canadian Technology Fast 50 in 2005, the annual program that recognizes excellence, innovation and the fastest growing tech companies in Canada.

Previously D'Onofrio was the Vice President of Operations at Novus Communications, where he oversaw start-up operations in both Vancouver and Toronto. Ezio's telecom experience includes positions at Rogers Cable in Toronto and Le Groupe Vidéotron, where he was involved in the start-up of their cable TV/telephony/Internet network in the United Kingdom and the U.S. D'Onofrio sits on the boards of Canada Payphone Corporation; Globalive Investment Holdings Corp.; Globalive Telecom Holdings Corp.; Globalive Wireless Management Corp., which includes entity Wind Mobile, Canada's newest mobile service provider; International Calling Services Incorporated; Opcom Hospitality Solutions Inc.

James Dechiaro - Chief Operating Officer

Serving as Cohere Communications, LLC's Chief Operating Officer, Mr. James Dechiaro is responsible for overseeing the firm's operating infrastructure, technologies and operational readiness. In addition, Mr. Dechiaro's duties include the day-to-day business operation, as well as managing its customer support and technical service teams. To ensure the business vision is aligned with the corporate objectives, he works closely with Cohere's CEO and board members to drive the company's strategy forward.

Mr. Dechiaro has over 15 years experience in the telecommunications industry, with core expertise in complex network engineering, design and deployment. Prior to joining Cohere, Mr. Dechiaro was a senior network engineer at ITXC/Teleglobe where his main responsibility was the management of several innovative technical projects that facilitated the speed of ITXC/Teleglobe's network growth. He maintained overall responsibility for their global SS7 network, managing associated signaling equipment, and tandem switching architectures. Mr. Dechiaro worked closely as a liaison to the network operations teams in times where there was no clear cut solution to a network health issue.
